Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Tutor Time Learning Center educational daycare in Itasca, IL! Our programs support children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Our long-term staff is dedicated to making each child's educational experience a fun and loving one. We are currently enrolling for our Summer Camp programs, along with full time, part time, and half day options. We currently except the IL Action for Children Day Care Assistance Program. Our school services children from the following communities: Itasca, Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg, Addison, Wood Dale, and many more!

We’re committed to keeping you connected throughout the day while your child is in our care. Get access to Watch Me Grow our live streaming video of your child’s classroom, plus other real-time updates, with our exclusive mobile app for families, SproutAbout.

We offer additional programs that parents love because it allows the children to participate on site with their friends and choose from: Crouching Tiger Karate, Soccer Shots (Fall, Spring, and Summer), along with Spotlight on Kindergarten(Pre-K readiness). These educational programs are designed to be fun and enhance children's learning.

In addition, our school offers a yearly summer camp program titled Wonder Camp for ages 2 years to 12 years of age, along with three meals a day that aligns with our Grow Fit program. We offer a variety of foods that meet our Healthy Partnership of America standards. We serve breakfast, lunch, and snack daily.

Julie Stewart , Director

Education: Early Childhood Education Classes

Hi, my name is Julie Stewart and I am the center director. I have been in the early childhood field for over 25 years and a center director for just over 12 years. During my time in early childhood I have been able to see many children grow and develop. My goal is to help our teachers implement and facilitate their classrooms so your child can prepare for school success. I love interacting with the families daily and feel that we are all an extended family!

Education: Associates Degree in Early Childhood

Certifications: First Aid and CPR

I have been working at this location since we opened the doors in 2001. I started as an Infant Teacher and for the past several years now I have been a part of our management team. I have been in this field for over 25 years and have five boys of my own. The best part of my job is interacting with all of the kids and watching them grow from infancy to kindergarten readiness!
