Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Tutor Time in Phoenix, AZ! My name is Chelsea Felus and I am the director of our beautiful school. I have my bachelors degree in Education Studies and Human Development with a minor in Psychology, and more than 10 years of direct experience in early childhood education. I believe that early childhood education is crucial to the development of all children and am passionate about high-quality care and education.

Our Tutor Time has been serving families in North Phoenix since 2005. We provide care and education to children six weeks through 12 years of age. Our Before- and After-School program offers transportation to and from Quail Run Elementary and Whispering Wind Academy.

Teachers take part in training opportunities throughout the year to stay current in the field of early childhood education. Within our team, we have over 150 years of combined experience!

I have been with Tutor Time for seven years. Throughout my 20 year career, I have worked with children of all ages and abilities. I love being a part of watching children grow and learn new skills and abilities. The "light bulb" moments are my favorite!
