Welcome to Our School

Thank you for visiting Tutor Time educational daycare in Newark, DE.

At Tutor Time, we offer Infant through School-Age care with part-time and full-time options. We also offer several additional programs that our children are able to participate in such as Active Infant Safe Spaces, Tech & Tinker, Tiny Tykes, Yoga, Spanish classes and a wonderful summer camp during the summer months.

Our facility is kept safe and secure using a locked entry system and exterior security cameras. All staff members are First Aid and CPR certified, as well as certified to administer medication. We conduct ongoing staff training throughout the year, involved in the Delaware STARS program, and in the process of becoming NAEYC accredited.

Brigitte Minks, Director

Education: Bachelor's in Education Studies from Wilmington University

Certifications: CPR/First Aid, Administrator Credential

I have been working in the Early Education field sine 2005, with all age groups and in various roles. I love watching the children grasp new concepts and knowing that my instruction has played a part in their growth. I have been a director in the state of Delaware since 2016 and look forward to growing with Learning Care Group in the future. I am excited to see what the future holds for Tutor Time!
