Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Tutor Time Learning Center located in Concord, NC!
We hold the state's highest license with a 5-star rating. Our teachers are highly qualified and continuously participate in early childhood training throughout the year. All teachers are CPR/First Aid certified and together, we have more than 100 years of experience.
We offer Infant Care, Preschool and Pre-K options, as well as a School-Age program that provides transportation, snacks, and homework assistance after school. Our center also provides exciting camps for spring break and summer as well as public school closing days.
We have updated technology in our Preschool, Pre-K, Junior K and School-Age classrooms! Preschool and Pre-K children have iPads with educational apps and games, as well as soft shapes and letters that interact with the screens. Plus, our Preschool and Junior K classrooms have an Inspire Plus interactive tablet. Our Pre-K class features hands-on learning. For our School-Age classroom we have iPads and homework assistance.

I am the Lead Teacher in our Pre-K classroom and serve as a Team Lead. I hold an Associate Degree in Elementary Education and am certified in CPR, First Aid, AED, and food handling. I have been part of the La Petite Academy family for more than 27 years and am passionate about helping children learn and grow. I am married with three children, all of whom attended La Petite Academy during their early childhood years.

My name is Cheyenne Mesimer, and I have six years of experience working with children. I began my career in the classroom and later transitioned into administration, giving me valuable experience supporting both children and teachers. I am passionate about early childhood education and love watching children learn, grow, and flourish in a nurturing environment. I look forward to partnering with families and helping create positive experiences for every child in our care.
