Welcome to Tutor Time educational learning center of Austin, TX. My name is Sheila and I am the director. I have been in the early childhood education field since 1985 and have been a director since 1991.
Tutor Time offers Infant Care, Preschool and other early education programs. We look to assess each child's progress in meeting objectives established for every stage of learning and shape lessons accordingly.
Our school is a very diverse family! Together, we represent over 20 countries and speak seven languages. Our staff has more than 100 years of combined child care experience!
We offer enrichment programs such as Minnie Kickers, Spanish Class, Yoga Class, and Mobile Athletics! We also service the following elementary schools for after-school care: Live Oak, Davis, Pond Springs, Harmony and Jollyville.

Certifications: Texas Director Certified, Over 200 Hours of Continuing Education Units in Early Child Education and Administration
I started working in the early childhood education field in 1984 and I became a director in 1991. I love coffee, reading and dancing and I am a mother of one daughter who is my world. I am passionate about my school.
Education: High School Diploma, Child Development Associate Classes
Certifications: CPR and First Aid
I started at Tutor Time as a teacher in 2015 and was promoted to assistant director in 2018. I enjoy working with children and their families. In the future, I plan to return to school to pursue a degree in early childhood education.
