Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Tutor Time, an educational daycare in St. Augustine, FL. My name is Amanda and I am the Director of this school. I have been at this facility as a teacher and administrator for over 10 years. This school has become a home away from home for me and my kids, who all have/are currently attending. I enjoy and foster the family atmosphere and strive to ensure you are comfortable bringing your children here.

Tutor Time of St. Augustine is a licensed child care center with deep roots in our neighborhood. We have happily served the St. Augustine, World Golf and Saint John’s community for more than 14 years. We are honored to have a Gold Seal and be NECPA accredited. We offer Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K and Before- and After-School programs. We’ve had hundreds of children graduate over the years, setting them on the path to Kindergarten and future success. Our rock star educators have more than 160 years of combined early childhood experience! All of them are certified in CPR and First Aid.

Best daycare we have used (our youngest attends, but we have 3 other children)! The teachers show genuine care/love for the children. The curriculum is excellent. Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) is a free daily, 4-hour program that includes breakfast and lunch, with the option of extended wrap care. I have been with Tutor Time for over 10 years! I began at our school as a teacher and returned to this location as our new center director after serving as director at one of our sister schools.

I began at this school as a two-year-old teacher then became a VPK teacher and VPK mentor before becoming associate director. Although I have only been here for seven years, I have many more years of experience!
