Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Tutor Time educational daycare in Commerce, MI. Our school offers care for Infants six weeks old through School-Agers up to 12 years old. We offer an age-specific curriculum in each of our classrooms including Preschool, Pre-K and more.

Our staff has more than 100 years of combined experience and majority of our lead teachers have been with Tutor Time for over 10 years. All of our teachers are CPR and First Aid certified and maintain 20 hours of training, annually.

We currently offer a number of great elective programs on top of our curriculum. We offer Grow Fit Yoga, Spotlight on Spanish, Spotlight on Phonics, Music with Joy, Fit and Fun Sports, and Spotlight on Kindergarten.

Love my sons teachers! Ms. Taylor is very attentive and caring towards all of the kids! She always makes sure to do activities throughout the day with the kids and is great at sending pictures of it as well. I also love that they have a video streaming app so you can check in on your child throughout the day and see what they’re doing.

My name is Melissa, I am the center director of Commerce Tutor Time! I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Oakland University as well as an associate's degree in early childhood development. I have over 13 total years of experience working in early childhood development and I have been with the company for the last ten years.

I have worked in the early childhood education field for eight years and have been with the company for the last seven years.
