Welcome to Our School

Welcome! My name is Turina and I am the Center Director here at Tutor Time learning center in Charlotte, NC. I have been recognized by the North Carolina Division of Child Development as a highly experienced Level Three Administrator. I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration and my Child Development Associate credential. I have 25 years experience in early childhood education.

Our teachers are highly qualified and attend required early childhood training throughout the year. All of our staff is CPR and First Aid certified and together, we have over 200 years of child care experience.

Our Infant care, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and School-Age programs offer the best early education in the area. We offer technology in our Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Age classrooms! Our Pre-K class features a SMART Lab with experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, The Arts, and Math. We also provide Before- and After-School care for area Elementary schools and offer flexible enrollment options to accommodate school and work schedules. Our exceptional curriculum, clean and safe environment, and team of experienced professionals set us apart from other child care centers in the area.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Child Development Associate Credential

My goal as the center director is to provide a safe, loving, educational environment for the families in our community. I am an experienced director and have been the director of this amazing school since 2006. I believe children are incredibly special! They possess an enthusiasm and exuberance for life that is simply amazing. I am thrilled to be a part of your children's development and assist in fostering their happiness and confidence.
