Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Tutor Time Educational Daycare in Apple Valley, MN. We serve families in the Apple Valley, Eagen, Farmington, and Lakeville communities.

Our school offers both full-time and part-time programming for Infant/Toddler Care, Preschool, and School-Age programs, and is nationally accredited by National Early Childhood Program Accreditation. We are also a four-star rated program through Parent Aware.

We share the children's experiences with their parents through daily conversation and documentation of learning panels, as well as our bi-yearly conferences. We plan many family events throughout the year, allowing the families to get to know each other.

We are excited to offer new technology in our School-Age classroom. These enhancements include iPads featuring apps to create art, music, and videos, tripods for moviemaking, robots for coding, a new gaming system, and more!

All of our teachers have a two- to a four-year degree in a child-related field, and we have nearly 90 years of combined experience. We hold monthly training for the staff, along with yearly CPR/First Aid training.

Ashley Meyer, Director

Education: Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Early Childhood Education and Master of Science in Early Childhood Education

Certifications: First Aid, CPR

I was a previous Preschool and Childcare Director in Wisconsin and before that was a first grade public school teacher! I have my Bachelors and Masters degree in ECE and love working with the kids and teachers! I hope so someday further my education with a Doctorate degree.

Education: Bachelor of Art - Theology with a Pre-K License with the State of MN

Certifications: First Aid, CPR

I have been with this company since 2003 when I started as a teacher in the preschool room. I have worked with every age group throughout my tenure, before becoming the assistant director in 2013.
