Flexible Options to Support Your Family
While we set children on the path to elementary school, we’re also here to support them when they become school-age students. Our structured, supervised program for elementary school students offers a great start and finish to every school day, with education and recreation opportunities, physical activities, healthy snacks, and all kinds of positive experiences.
The Prep Lab program offers additional support through flexible schedule options and even a full-day option when needed.
Is there uncertainty about what’s happening in your school district? Potential scheduling issues? Disrupted routines? Don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. We’re here to meet your child’s needs and your family’s schedule.
With The Prep Lab, our teachers can assist children with distance learning experiences from their local school district. With a schedule that fits your family’s routine, children are able to bring a device from home to complete assignments from school. (If they don’t have a device, we’ll do our best to offer support.) Teachers in this classroom are trained to:
- Keep children engaged with their elementary school learning platform
- Assist students with completing their daily elementary school assignments
- Share challenging weekly STEM projects
- Further social-emotional development with character-developing activities from our exclusive My Best Self! curriculum
- Connect students with their school and teachers, as needed
My Best Self!
Character development is an essential element of learning and growing. Our My Best Self! curriculum goes beyond simply academic skills to provide a strong focus on goal-setting, reflection, and independence. We’re here to encourage their personal growth (and set them on a path to lifelong success), with a mix of organized and independent activities, including:
- Homework support
- Team-building opportunities
- Physical activity
When children participate in experiences from our My Best Self! curriculum, they are developing their best self, through these five positive character traits:
