Milestone: Turns toward and tracks voices, people, and objects.

How to think critically and creatively and understand the world.

How to communicate effectively with sounds, expressions, body language, and finally, oral and written language; how to understand and communicate with others.

Milestone: Begins to coo using vowel sounds and other sounds consistent with the language spoken at home.
