Summer Camp at Tutor Time® is a great place for kids to have fun!
Each year, our Summer Camp program has a new theme that is guaranteed to inspire your child, develop their "Smarts" and increase their team building skills.
At Tutor Time’s World Transformers Summer Camp, kids will transform themselves in order to change the world. They will have the opportunity to investigate technology innovations, take a stand for a cause, identify heroes and even develop their own invention!

This week is going to leave your kids wanting to save the world by conserving, reusing and recycling items Again, and Again, and … A sense of appreciation — and maybe some surprises — will result from their experiences. Campers might even want to transform into a professional naturalist as a result of this week’s big project.Precious Water
Did you know that water makes up 71% of the earth’s surface? During Precious Water, we will be exploring answers to questions like: “How do we use water and take care of it? Who uses it?” Water tests, experiments and hypotheses are some of the activities that will be “flowing” this week.Beauty All Around
There is Beauty All Around us and this week creativity will abound. Make the world a better place by beautifying a local area. Let’s find out what our campers can do when they put their imaginations to work!Stand Up
Children make a huge difference in our world. So we’re giving them the opportunity to choose a cause and Stand Up for it. One of the ways is by writing letters about the causes they select. This is a powerful way for campers to take action and transform the world!Difference Makin’
There is no better way to feel great than to do something that is Difference Makin’. This week campers will come up with a cause of their own, like gathering clothes for the homeless, writing notes to family and friends, or collecting cans of food for the local food pantry. This is your chance to explore Earth, Our Home. Kids will participate in earth-caring activities and learn to express discoveries in new ways. Coming up with ideas of how to take care of Earth, Our Home will come naturally once campers finish up the week.Unusual Varmints
This week will be packed with information and ideas to help kids who want to do something for animals, including all those Unusual Varmints. Learning how to protect and live with all different kinds of animals is just the beginning of the fun.Name That Hero
Who do the campers know in their local area who is transforming their world? Who do they know who is brave, inventive, powerful or fair? It could be a neighbor, a restaurant owner, or even you! It will definitely be exciting this week as they Name That Hero.Togetherness Power
There is no better time than now to explore how we can positively connect to one another to make a difference in our world. So this week, campers will explore different ways to communicate together and use our Togetherness Power.Innovate to Transformate
Get ready for this week as campers learn how technology innovations have changed the world. Kids will be creating with their own invention that might have the possibility to change our future.Grow What You Eat
Why is it important to buy produce from local farmers? Why is it a wonderful idea to plant your own vegetable garden or fruit tree? What effect does it have on our world? Campers will research the answers and questions as we Grow What You Eat!Rest assured, your child will be actively engaged every day with our full schedule of activities and field trips. Perhaps they start their day by tracing life-size bodies of each other to cut out and decorate like themselves. Then, they might create a classroom bridge out of chairs and books! After a fun, outdoor relay race they head back inside to create some shoe art.
And they won’t want to miss any of the thrilling field trips we have planned to places like science centers, animal shelters, television stations, aquariums, fire stations, farms and much more!
