Welcome to Our School

My name is Angie and I am the director here at Tutor Time in Canyon Country, CA. I started as a preschool teacher in 2013 and rose through the ranks until I became the school director in 2017. Our school provides comprehensive programs for children six weeks to 11 years of age through our Infant Care, Preschool and School-Age programs. The majority of our staff have been with us five or more years and they continue their education every year with at least 24 hours of training.

We incorporate technology in our Preschool, Pre-K and School-Age classes! Preschool and Pre-K students have iPads with educational apps, as well as shapes and letters that interact with the screens. Our Pre-K class also has an Inspire Plus interactive table and a SMART Lab with experiences in science, technology, engineering, the arts and math. For School-Agers, we have iPads, tripods for moviemaking, robots for coding and more!

Tutor Time has been like an extra set of hands to me and my kids have been going there so long that the teachers feel like family. It has been my dream to impact children's lives ever since I can remember. I have a passion for teaching little minds and even though I am not in the classroom all day, I still make time to sit in for an activity, read a book or two, and play with the children. I have three boys and I LOVE animals! I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!

A passion for Early Childhood Education runs in my family! Growing up my mom ran a home based daycare where I was first exposed to the great impact that ECE professionals have on children and their families. I am a born and raised SCV native and have worked in this industry for 10 years. I am now raising my own three little ones in Saugus and feel lucky to be the Assistant Director of this beautiful school. I look forward to becoming a part of your child's extended family!
