At Tutor Time educational daycare, families play an active role in the education of their children. Here are just a few ways we try to keep you involved in your child’s progress each step of the way.

• We provide in-depth conferences twice a year, as well as daily reports to keep you updated on what’s new with your child.
• Each classroom has a family communication board where we showcase your child’s progress and you can see the planned educational experiences firsthand.
• Our “Documentation of Learning” portfolios highlight the learning experiences from our fun and educational child care activities.
• We also publish a monthly Tutor Times family newsletter to keep you updated on our child care activities and what’s happening in our classrooms. An archive of “The Tutor Times” newsletter is available online.

Of course, there is no substitute for face-to-face conversations — and we welcome these times. Through daily interaction, we do our best to let you know exactly what’s happening with your child.
