The first time someone described me as a work/life balance expert, I couldn’t stop laughing. Me? The woman who raised her voice to her 6-year-old for dawdling and frustrated her husband because she spent so much time talking to others — instead of him! I don’t have all of the answers, but I’ve learned much from hundreds of interviews.
